Can anyone buy products from you?

Yes, anyone can buy product from us. We have a retail store located at 34 Kemp Street in Port Angeles where the public can come in to shop and businesses can pick up orders.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are:

  • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Closed Saturday & Sunday

Why should I buy from you?

As a small local business based in Port Angeles not only do we have very competitive prices.

We can also make our own decisions in a very timely manor without having to wait for permission to do so from corporate headquarters.  That enables us to satisfy customers with outstanding customer service.

Besides that, your dollars travel far beyond the point where you exchange them. Spent locally, they support your community, and much of it gets reinvested in local enterprises.

Spent online, your dollars help the bottom line and stock prices of other companies that contribute zero to our community.

Do you have rentals?

Not at this time. However, we are looking at the possibility of having rentals in the future.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to many businesses in the Port Angeles and Sequim areas.

Do you charge for delivery?

We do not have a delivery fee or surcharge to businesses in Port Angeles or Sequim.

How long will it take for me to get my order delivered after I place it?

In Port Angeles orders are usually delivered the next day on stocked items.

If you place your order before 10:00am we can usually get it to you the same day providing the items ordered are stocking items.

Orders going to Sequim are usually delivered on Wednesday unless prior arrangements have been made.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, we have in the past made arrangements to have orders delivered on Saturday after closing at 1:00pm.

Can I special order a product from you?

Yes, we special order items for existing customers on account. If it is an item that you use on a regular basis we can make it a stocking item.

If you do not have an existing account you will need to pay for the items in advance including all shipping costs if applicable. All special order items are not returnable.

How long does it take to get a special order item?

Depending on the item and where it is coming from. Usually in about one week but, in some cases it can take up to approximately four weeks.

Where are you located?

We are located at 34 Kemp Street on the east side of Port Angeles behind the Jiffy Lube and next to Angelo’s On The Go.

Are you a cleaning service?

No we are not a cleaning service. However we do supply some of the local cleaning services with high quality professional products.

How do I set up an account for my business with you?

That’s easy, it just takes a few minutes on approved credit. Our terms are net 30 days. We accept credit or debit cards, checks and cash.
